I had such a mixed experience at this hotel. While the grounds are absolutely stunning and the atmosphere is enchanting, the quality of the food they served during our events was disappointing. The service at times felt rushed and didn't meet the high standards I was expecting for such a venue. Overall, it was a joyful trip but it left a bitter taste due to the food and service inconsistencies.
